The Executive Assistant (EA) will serve as assistant to Oakland Integrated Healthcare Networks' incoming CEO.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the CEO's schedule 
  • Communicating on behalf of the CEO to staff, board members and partner agencies
  • Generating reports for the CEO 
  • Special projects
  • Answering phones
  • Assisting other management staff as delegated by the CEO
Required skills:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in healthcare administration
  • College degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
